  • Items must be in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or any damage.

  3. Ship or Drop Off – You may return the item at our store located at Block 10, Along Kangundo Road, Ruai, Nairobi or send it via a reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first to confirm availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the return eligibility criteria.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
